Since we opened in August 2009 lead chef Jared has introduced a fresh, new and exciting menu to our display every week, depicting the best in seasonal produce.
This ever-changing repertoire also extends to the weekends when chef Khan changes the seasonal Saturday and Sunday offerings on a three week rotation, making a change from our weekday selection.

Our confident and experienced kitchen team of Jared, Khan, Silvio and Win make everything from breads, biscuits, chutneys, fresh cheese, friands, jams, jellies, muffins, pies, salads, sauces, soups, sparkling cascara, tarts and baked treats. We take great pride in making as much as possible from scratch, eliminating pre-made suppliers. What you get from Kaffeine’s kitchen is all bespoke recipes and creations made on site.

Every weekend on Kaffeine’s menu blog you’ll find a new menu for the week ahead with some helpful information on some of our new menu items. We also include dietary information and sometimes a mini bio on our foraged ingredients, which also appear in some of Kaffeine’s ever changing menus.
